30 minute One-On-One Personal Training

Monday to Saturday
Various times from 5:30am-8:30pm


Group Training- Personal Training Studio, 10 Jellicoe Street, Coorparoo

High intensity cross training and boxing. Work on boxing technique, power and explosive movements, muscular and cardio-vascular training.

A low impact class centred around core strength, pelvic floor, lower back, posture, muscular activation, balance, stability, flexibility and prevention of injury.

A mixture of high and low impact, core strength, weights and cardio-vascular training.

Boxing technique, high intensity cardio-vascular training, body weight functional movements and interval training.

A variety of high and low impact and intensity training, running, plyometric training, games and core strength.

 

Each session offers a mix of high, moderate and low intensity and impact training, for all fitness levels and training experience.

Training sessions have been specifically designed to improve your fitness and aerobic endurance, loose body fat and tone up, strengthen bones and muscles and increase power and agility while improving your flexibility and core strength and assisting in injury prevention and management.


 

Exercise Physiology

Sheer Transformations works with Specialist Exercise Physiologist from Apsire Health Management, allowing you to work with an accredited Exercise Physiologist on mediaclly supervised exercise programs. If you have complex medical conditions, chronic diseases, injuries or postural challenges your GP will refer you to an accredited Exercise Physiologist for assistance with exercise. Also funding may be available for patients referred by their GP under a Medicare Team Care Arrangement, or alternatively most private health funds offer a rebate for Exercise Physiologist sessions.


 

Nutrition

Aspire Health Management Specialist Courtney Hargrave also offers Clinical Nutritional support to help you achieve your goals. Including professional advice, individualized taylored diatry programs, diet analysis, nutritional report and body composition analysis, ongoing support plan.
