Join our casual UNLIMITED Class Membership from just $29/week!

No Joining Fee    /    No Lock-In Contracts     /    Flexible Membership Options

Membeship includes;  

Unlimited Classes $29/week

Casual Class $20

10 Pass Card (valid for 3 months) $150

Open Floor Sessions - This is your opportunity to use the class floor area for you own personal use which may include additional strength training, stretching/ muscle release work and rehabilitation exercises.  During these times you will also have access to selected equipment.

Cardio Membership - Personal use of cardio equipment including treadmill, bikes, rower and cross-trainer during the following times;  6:00am – 6:30am Monday to Friday  and  6:00pm – 7:00pm Monday to Thursday.

Each session offers a mix of high, moderate and low intensity and impact training, for all fitness levels and training experience. Training sessions have been specifically designed to improve your fitness and aerobic endurance, loose body fat and tone up, strengthen bones and muscles and increase power and agility while improving your flexibility and core strength and assisting in injury prevention and management. A variety of high and low impact and intensity training, running, plyometric training, games and core strength.
