Pilates - Tuesday 6:00-6:45pm

In this class we use a range of specialised techniques and equipment to;

  • Improve pelvic floor activation and strength
  • Decrease lower back pain and reduce the risk of injury
  • Improve posture
  • Practive and master correct muscular activation
  • Improve balance and stability
  • Increase flexibility and range on movement
  • Improve functional strength and mobility
  • Prevention of injury

Acro Fit Class - Thursday 6:00-6:30pm

If you are looking for something a little different that is fun and challenging, than this is the class for you.  Acro Fit combines a vairety of training styles including basic acrobatics, yoga poses, pilates and body weight strength to deliver a dynamic and ever-changing class.  Come along and learn how to safely and effectively execute specialty moves including;

  • Basic individual, partner and group acrobatics
  • Basic gymnastics moves
  • Head stands and hand stands
  • Back bends and bridges
  • Gym ball balance exercises
  • The splits
  • Rolling
  • Tumbling

Release and Relax Class - Thursday 7:00-7:15pm                                                   (Stretching and Muscle Releases)

Release and Relax class is a low intensity class focussing on the following componants of a healthy body and mind;

  • Stretching
  • Flexibility
  • Posture
  • Trigger point muscle releases 
  • Self-massage
  • Functional mobility
  • Injury prevention
  • Relaxation
  • Breathing techniques

If you have sore or tight muscle, poor posture, injuries, back and neck pain, weak stomach muscles or poor movement, this is the perfect class for you!
